Farms that stall restart themselves

Apex watches each account's current step and castle level together. If neither has moved, that account restarts, up to three times, then it's flagged for you. You find out in minutes, not after a week of nothing.

Yes. Spare resources auto-supply to your guild bank, and !sendrss sends exact amounts to a player on command.
