Terms of use
These terms cover your use of Apex, software published by Axtropy. Using Apex means you accept them.
Licence
A subscription grants you use of the hosted Apex service for the accounts you pay for. Operator plans grant the same hosted service with the operator portal, for the operator to resell slots to their own clients. The software itself is never distributed. You may not redistribute or reverse engineer it.
Your responsibility
Automating Lords Mobile breaks IGG's terms of service. You are solely responsible for any consequence to your accounts, including suspension or permanent loss. We make no guarantee of undetectability and never have — see our ban-risk guide. You are responsible for holding the rights to any account you automate.
No warranty
Apex is provided as is. Lords Mobile changes without notice and automation breaks when it does. We work to restore functionality quickly, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for in-game losses, lost resources, or lost accounts.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Termination
We may terminate a licence for resale, redistribution, attempts to circumvent licensing, or use that endangers our other customers.
